A comfortable new home designed 'from the ground up' to serve as a modern bed & breakfast, a private lake and 320 acres of scenic beauty in the remarkable Flint Hills of Kansas await you at Country Dreams Bed & Breakfast.

Our rooms have a view of a picturesque lake and country decor. Guests are welcome to relax in the family rooms, all season sunroom, patio or deck.

A large deck off the dining room overlooks the lake and offers spectacular sunsets. An all season sunroom affords a panoramic view of the lake, regardless the weather.

The lake

Bass, crappie, bluegill and catfish.

Our 19-acre watershed lake is spring-fed and approximately 25 feet deep. It is a private lake and does not require a fishing license.

  • Two fishing boats with trolling motors, at no charge to overnight guests
  • Deer and turkey hunting on the property by special arrangement, in season
  • Fishing, boating, hiking, bird watching and quiet sunsets
